Sorry for the late reply, was on a hiking trip this weekend. All assets purchsed through Bandcamp / Itchio includes permission to use commercially and transfers rights.This permission does not extent to reselling, reuploading, or redistributing these assets without proper credit to the artist.
i think you must've made a mistake when typing, because you're implying anyone can resell these as long as they credit
